ECCO Hamburg Neuer Wall

I have purchased high heeled shoes, which are awesome shoes with great design. But when I tried them with all my clothes at home, I realized that the color and the style do not fit my clothes. So I decided to return them. Upon arriving at the store, a russian-speaking lady met me. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but on the 20th of November evening there were she and a man in the store, so I guess it is easy to check their schedules and to find out who she was. So, she immediately met me with defense. Not even seeing the shoes (!) she told me she does not trust me and will check them thoroughly. Upon checking the shoes, she concluded that they have been worn to the street and didn't want to make the return! I am deeply offended by such a conclusion, as I respect and never violate the shoe shop rules. I wore them only in the store and at home, keeping all the badges. I can only say that either they have been worn by a previous customer (if they have been returned before) or the shop floor has to be cleaned better so the dirt does not scratch the shoe sole. Anyway, she finally agreed to make the return, showing me with all her behavior that she makes a great favor for me. She has been rude all the conversation. For example, when I called her "lady", she responded that I must not call her lady as she is much older than me and I must call her "madam". WTF?!!! I own 10 pairs of Ecco shoes, and I have returned 2 pairs of Ecco shoes before to other stores. I have always enjoyed Ecco's quality, style, and service by the consultants in the stores. It is a shame that such a service is provided at Neuer Wall 18, Hamburg!!! Ecco is a great brand and your product deserves a better service by consultants. I detest going to this brunch from now on and do not recommend to anybody who expect a proper service.

The prices are list prices which i found higher than third party shops including amazon online store

Friendly staff, business very large and nice and clean

This shop could be good - but it lacks the appropriate staff. Those who want to buy shoes should count on the knowledgeable and friendly staff in other branches.
