Ubahns come very often, almost no need to check the timetable. Clean station, offering seating and vending machines. There is a small shop/kiosk for drinks, snacks and newspapers at the bottom of the stairs. Buy tickets from the machine - no need to validate them. This is one of the most picturesque train rides into the centre of Hamburg! Pretty journey through upmarket houses, over canals and finally coming out the the Elbe river, where you can see the harbour and the Elbphilharmonie (near Landungsbrücken station). Enjoy!
