U Hagenbecks Tierpark

After 2 years of having a abbo, and visiting the zoo with my kid every month, i can say: this zoo is awesome. Its well diversified and big enough to stay a day. I only wish they put more effords in the winter, it feels a bit empty then, compared to the many events in the summer

Hagenbeck Tierpark is a zoo with a twist. It's wider and larger area than most zoos and comes across as a park rather than zoo. Go there and make sure you buy the tropic and aquatic experience too

Partly the cages are quite small and the amount of visitors stresses the animals. The underwater world is spectacular and definitely worth to be seen. Also the ape area with a walkthrough is great. Tiolets are mostly clean with just little improvement potential.
