Wandsbek-Gartenstadt

This is a great location to live near. It's accessable and clean. What DOES bother me is that I must often walk through a thick cloud if smoke when entering. Especially when it's cold and or rainy the Balat guys and others stand in the doorways smoking. Here.

After the space from the underground station was finished, there is now more space for pedestrians again

U1 / U3 unfortunately access is only possible from one side. Balat Dönermann and Kiss Kiosk are available. Escalator and elevator too.

No parking. and it has been under construction there for a long time. Kiosk and kebab shop in the train station. Train station only accessible from one side. Despite its small size, the station is very busy during rush hour. There is a bus connection in the direction of Poppenbüttel and Wandsbek Markt.

Clean train station with connection to U3 and U1. Relatively heavily visited hub for commuters in rush hour traffic. There is the possibility to buy smaller snacks and magazines at the kiosk.
