Small yoga sessions and the big change! I can only recommend the Weekly Yoga Meetings at Birgit. She has a very solid specialized knowledge in this field, is absolutely practice-oriented, has an empathic personality and is fully committed to it. Above all, you feel welcome at your and throughout the yoga class. Even the personal "construction sites" in conversation under 4 eyes are not too short. Therefore 5 stars. greeting Marc
