I love doing sports here! It's just fun. This makes losing weight much easier. I think it's particularly good that I get checkups and that someone pays close attention to what I've weighed and records my successes. I also get tips for healthy eating and exercises at home. Really personal training. Not like the gym and now yourself too. The motivation keeps going. Just to be recommended!
I recommend this club .... have only had great experience for years I am accompanied in sports as well as in the diet and the motivation of the trainers is mega.
Perfect for mothers who want / need to take their child to the sport 💪✌ but also for all other women who want to get fit in a short time! 😊

Great sports club for women, where children are welcome too! :) Very personal & there is always a coach to the site, with the advice and Tst one aside! Best to recommend !! :)
