A very nice place 👍
Always nice to the potato festival in Elte.
Very nice and well-kept half-timbered houses
The village home Elte is a former winery of the Willer-Eßmann farm in the Heine farming community. Probably built around the middle of the 18th century using old wood as a Heuerling house, it is the last remaining Heuer house in our village.
The local association Elte acquired it in 1982 and, over a period of four years, converted it into the original state of the 19th century in the center of the village of Elte.
Filled with new vitality of community and cultural life in the village, it should help determine the past, present and future of the village.
BACK SPIEKERMANN
A former backspieker of the lamp farm in the Heine farm stands right next to the village home. Built around 1850, it was acquired by the Heimatverein Elte in 1984 and replaced in its old form.
In terms of craftsmanship, it is a simple, but well proportioned, former farm building in its original condition. The Backspieker is a monument of the village of Elte.
