From planning to implementation, we received very competent advice from Mr. Köster. The few things that did not go completely smoothly were due to Corona and stopped the implementation here and there. Mr. Köster and his colleague were always on hand to help us with document management, applications, etc. The craftsmen in charge were very professional. Benefiting from Köster Energie's many years of experience was the right decision.

We received a photovoltaic system from the Köster company 16 years ago. At that time we were informed extensively through information evenings and one-on-one discussions. Now we have ordered two more systems! Here, too, the advice was excellent down to the last detail. Since today's systems are self-consumption systems, the economic performance is different than with pure feed-in systems. With his knowledge, Mr. Köster was also able to provide very good support in questions of return. A tax advisor is even available for tax issues. We are very satisfied with the design and the recommended products. So full points for a great team! Keep it up!

All good until the sale and installation! But I have had a fault with the inverter for a year, which is still under warranty. The service staff in the house and the managing director do not react to emails and complaints and at first you were only put off. This firm. does not have its own fitters / field service employees and external employees only cost money, so people prefer to be ignored and are forced to take legal action. A pity!! At the beginning I had a different impression of Mr. Köster and his team.

Probably not interested in repairs. A cable from the photovoltaic system to the inverter was cut. An employee of the Klöster company looked at it, took a photo, and that was it. At least one message: we don't want to, we can't, or we're not interested. This is not customer service
