5 Sterne geben wir sehr gerne für die Zeit vor der IT-Umstellung - seit fast 9 Jahren sind wie Kunden. Unser Kundenbetreuer verdient auch einen sechsten Stern ...und ist auch gleich der einzige Grund, warum wir heute noch ein Konto hier haben; vielen Dank, Herr Hamelmann! Seit Sommer 2020 mussten wir notgedrungen ein Konto bei einer anderen Bank zusätzlich eröffnen, da (bis zum heutigen Tage) das Online-Banking nicht mehr fehlerfrei funktioniert und so für uns unbrauchbar geworden ist. Die fehlenden Sterne gebe ich gerne nach, wenn das leidige Thema doch einmal bewältigt worden ist.

I have been a customer of Apobank, Bonn branch for years. Apart from the IT conversion, which has been lamented a lot at this point, I always felt that I was in very good hands there. The advice on financial issues and custody account support from Mr. Michael Siegberg have always been to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this bank!

Internal IT problems that have existed for months and no solution in sight. A bank that has simply missed the ravages of time. I have never experienced anything like this at a German bank. I can only doubt and otherwise regret that customers leave their money here in the long term.

Insufficient after IT conversion! Online banking not fully functioning for weeks, TAN app sends wrong TANs even after confirmation from the hotline, overall unbelievable TAN APP, even primary school students can program better user interfaces. Unfortunately bound by a partnership here, otherwise I would change immediately
