Now a message pops up in the financial assistant that “the mobile payment function in the background has been revised”, but it must be reactivated. There are also two buttons “Yes” and “No”. If you click yes, the infamous symbol rotates to say: "Reactivation failed!". If you click “no”, the “reactivation” is canceled immediately. Needless to say, I have met all of Postbank's requirements for mobile payment (hardware, software, creditworthiness, handling)! Mobile payment with the cell phone (with a stored credit card) in the Postbank Financial Assistant has never worked, and the emphasis is on NEVER. This is all the more annoying as Postbank has relentlessly advertised this kind of mobile payment with the cell phone on its website. I reported about it. Inquiries to "Service" about this, or in other Postbank matters, are the next annoyance. The answers made from text modules span a range from not applicable to completely wrong, depending on how far the answer is from the question. If something comes back at all, one reads the obligatory sentence: "You are welcome to contact us again with questions!". In fact, not a single request has been able to remedy the situation! On balance, one has to state that the mobile payment function with credit card in the Postbank Financial Assistant and the Postbank Service are simply a catastrophe, with no prospect of ever getting better. And the latter also applies to dealing with customers!
