I am referring to my review of DSL Bank Cologne on November 26th, 2020. And have a few more questions: 1. Why do you reply to my first review "... we will then contact you to clarify the matter to your satisfaction."? If you don't? It seems to me that the marketing department is responding with a letter of intent to keep up appearances. 2. When will I receive the registration certificate II? Wait 18 days for the letter since paying the remaining amount. 3. How can it be that you are sending such important documents to the wrong address, even though the previous transfer offer was sent to the correct address? 4. Have you spoken to the department / person who is / is responsible for sending vehicle registration certificates and pointed out that important documents should be sent to the correct address? 5. What do you do to prevent you from making mistakes like this with other customers in the future?

In my experience so far, DSL Bank is the worst banking institute I have dealt with. Customer advice, customer care, customer service are foreign words in this company. The clerks - yes, there is a different employee every time - cannot even operate the telephone system. But maybe you are actually deliberately kicked off the line. The communication seems to run exclusively by post. Telephone communication is a horror. Among each other, the - felt 1000 - employees have no idea of ​​the issue that one would like to clarify with the bank. Since, from the bank's point of view, it is probably only about the famous peanuts (several 100,000 €), you don't worry or simply send the same forms 10 times, which must be filled out by hand. This bank deserves the rating: expressly NOT recommended.

Bad, bad DSL! Below is my personal experience with DSL (Postbank / Deutsche Bank !?) I have been trying to get a replacement certificate for 3 weeks. There is no service by email or phone (confirmation or even an answer). Every attempt by phone takes tens of minutes, with no guarantee of getting anyone on the line. My emails, which were initially confirmed, are no longer confirmed. I didn't expect an answer anyway. So, in my personal opinion, this bank can and should be avoided. There are so many companies out there that really go out of their way to provide and entertain customer service. DSL obviously doesn't need it. Will avoid this bank now like the Corona virus! Pity!

I've been trying to contact the bank for some time, but no success. Have never seen anything like that. There is simply no help here. I wrote 6 e-mails without success.

Cruel, cruel, cruel! The word customer service is simply a foreign word here. You will be told in an unfriendly manner directly at the head office that you should contact yourself in writing and not by phone, even if you only have general questions. Then you just hang up, not once but several times! If you do manage to be put through to customer service, it will hang up directly there. I can only advise against concluding contracts with this company !!!! I would have loved to not have awarded a star, but unfortunately it was not possible.
