Mr. Busch has been accompanying us for several years through the topics of home loan savings, construction and financing. We were always extremely satisfied, no matter how mundane or complicated our questions were - there was always an insightful answer! In doing so, Mr. Busch always remained at eye level, even if we had little or no idea about some topics, he explained everything to us calmly and gave us tips. In addition, Mr. Busch was almost always available in emergencies or urgent matters or answered us at lightning speed, one or the other time after work or on the weekend - thank you again for that! In short: friendly, competent and fast - that is pretty accurate!

It's a shame that the branch in Duisdorf is being closed. There won't even be machines there in the future - many people even need a personal advisor! Had an elderly woman at the counter in front of me the other day and watched the desperate attempt to understand online banking. I think that closing bank branches is discrimination against senior citizens.
