You probably only become aware of the value of a branch after it has closed. But why is the most unfriendly employee at the first counter in this branch? I wanted to exchange money for the vacation. "We don't have anything like that anymore", "we won't get it in a week", with these words the old woman hit me harshly. What have I done to her as a customer? I was now at the travel bank. Not cheap, but friendly.
