I can talk to the employees of the branch in Friesdorf and in particular to the deputy. Branch manager, Mr. Hardt, only report positive things. Everyone is always very friendly, the advice is great and comprehensive, agreements (including complex issues) are reproduced precisely and in detail or are adhered to. With this in mind, many thanks to Mr. Hardt and his employees! It is probably here, as is so often the case in life: "as it calls into the forest, it also echoes out again ..." 😉

Wanted to open a P account, according to the law the right to receive one. Became so patronized and rejected that I felt like a second-class person. Then to the Sparkasse opposite and everything went smoothly and above all respectfully !!!

The staff are very nice and helpful but unfortunately you usually have to work with the bank director who is completely arrogant and rude.

Bad advice and unfriendly branch manager who advises you to terminate your account. I was treated with condescension from above and felt discriminated against. Will definitely leave the bank ...
