We also sent our documents for billing in January and since then we have been trying somehow to get feedback or at least then to get our documents back because our tenants are also waiting for the billing .... Unfortunately, all without success

Since January of this year, my parents have been waiting for the dates of the heating billing for 2019 and the tenants of my parents' apartments, thus for a possible repayment of the overpaid heating costs. Nobody can be reached by phone, there is no answer by email. There will be no response to direct mail. This service / achievement is a joke.
