As a result of incorrect installation of the exhaust pipe and the accumulation of condensation water, the heating system regularly suffocated at first and it took a few attempts before the fault was found and rectified. When I went to the attic, I found that a liquid, probably coolant, was leaking from the circuit of the solar system. When I look at my floor like that, not even since yesterday. I reported the deficiency and was given an appointment. This was quickly revised because the guarantee had expired. Because I did not ensure a clean flow of money at the time due to the deficiencies, I should then pay 150 euros in advance so that the appointment can be kept. The guarantee is 5 years after acceptance. Unfortunately I will have to enforce my rights elsewhere. Too bad.

Lettau company charged me 6,210.61 € for the renewal of the piping from the bathroom, with installation of the existing shower tray and concealed cistern and delivery with installation of 8 sqm floor heating.
No delivery and installation of other bathroom objects.
The expert appointed by the court has a gross price of € 4,341.42, including € 564.00 net for the unpredictable
(for whatever that is supposed to be) and € 88.00 net for construction site equipment (whatever needs to be set up).
