Personal training at Vera is quality time with my body. Thanks to Vera's deep knowledge and infectious love of exercise and Pilates, I leave the practice after the training with an inhabited body - full of energy and serenity. Vera is unique in revealing new opportunities to her participants, pushing them to their limits without straining them. I don't want to do without that anymore. 🙏

Just great !!! Go for about 5 years almost regularly to Vera and it just helps me enormously and is totally fun! She has a great knowledge and is with the heart !! I can only recommend!!

The courses are super varied (I did not have a single hour in 5 years, which has even nearly repeated) & effectively and then you also realize that you have done something and feels great. Vera motivates you and leads you well, so you can follow great - I never had any pain or anything like that, but on the contrary, less discomfort from her Pilates classes. Also, the Alegro training with her is great fun. I can definitely recommend the courses 100%! Thank you dear Vera :)

Vera and Pilates simply belong together! An excellent workout, after every hour I feel really good! Many thanks to Vera for the great time so far and I am looking forward to numerous more Pilates classes!
