By far the best gym I attended. The combination of very professional and attentive trainers, state-of-the-art equipment, dynamic and entertaining classes, sauna...well let´s say EVERYTHING makes it a unique place.

Staff is friendly and courses are amazing. Friendliness doesn’t mean going out of their way to coach you. But quite positive for Germany. For more care I guess you need to sign up for their coaching program. There is Milon if you want a digitalised workout experience but I abandoned it for running, HIIT and Hot Iron workouts which makes you feel you are made of steel. There are free weights and spinning and other classes that I haven't tried although I see they are vey popular.

very bad experience, I asked when I registered for the cancellation period when someone moves out of Bonn, and a trainer called Tobi told us that there isn’t any because this gym is only in Bonn and everything will be cancelled directly when you provide proof of moving. Finally, when I wanted to cancel my contract I‘ve been told that it must be done one month prior, it‘s obviously my fault that I trusted their employees word, and now I have to pay the price for the wrong information they gave me and then denied giving me. When I called to discuss the problem I‘ve been told I‘m lying and Tobi didn’t say this. Really unprofessional

Very clean and organized gym. Feels like home when you are there. Lots of space in the locker room, and friendly staff. For a mature crowd.

I absolutely love coming to Sport Treff!! Great facilities with very friendly and helpfull staff. Especially Eduardo!!
