Great coaches in a nice atmosphere. Have been going to body shapes for 2 years and have seen very good results on my body. Since I started training EMS once a week, I no longer have back pain. I also lost some weight. I highly recommend the studio! Until next week

I did a trial there and was negatively surprised. The staff seems to be quite friendly at first glance, but the primary concern is to push someone into contracts in an intrusive and obtrusive way. The health and well-being of the exerciser are secondary. No thanks !
