A colleague recommended me yoga and especially this studio, that was a direct hit, yoga as I like it. Without constraints and hocus pocus. Especially because of the great team of teachers yoga is now an important building block in my life. Here I always feel like I'm part of the group at my own pace, the teachers have patience and the necessary empathy even for beginners, whether Vinyasa or Yin, everyone will find a suitable course in the lesson plan. Umleide, toilet and shower - all top. And there is a cozy corner to relax afterwards, with tea and biscuits :-)
