A very serious and professional studio. The trainers are (across the board) very understanding, courteous, friendly and always motivated. I always felt that I was being accompanied by a professional. Under their guidance and motivation, they let me do exercises where I would never have dared to. They always gave me the feeling that they wanted to achieve my goal with me. My son had made me aware of this page and I can only say: just take a look and try it out. There is even a free individual trial training or even a discounted month. You do yourself something good and have fun in a great cozy atmosphere deep in the heart of Bonn😊 That's how it should be. You are just great. The result is impressive. Please keep it up
