I went into PFIT this week for a trial session, and was greatly impressed with the results. I used to think that EMS training was for people who were too lazy or incapable of working out at a “proper” gym, but this session helped me see I was disillusioned. I’m two days removed from training at PFIT, and I’m more sore than a regular workout has left me feeling in years. I never knew I could feel this way after only twenty minutes of fitness.
The studio itself is quaint and clean, and the staff offered many amenities to make me feel comfortable. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and was more than personable. I’m very excited to go back and see how much I can improve with a few more sessions. I would really recommend this studio to anyone.
Very good and individual advice. Shower and changing rooms and the service are 1A. Sore muscles guaranteed! Always my pleasure.

Small but nice! Very competent and customer-oriented support far from mass processing. 1 to 1 training for absolute individuality. Despite initial skepticism about training with electricity, the successes speak for themselves! Clear recommendation !! Keep it up Tim and Janko 👍👍
