These guys - The Bad Godesberg, Bonn branch, lost my shirt.I've been to their store 5 times and they keep asking me to come back. They always promise to call me but haven't done so once. Most unhelpful staff and terrible service.

I brought a white shirt for dry-cleaning, first they charged me 3 euros instead of 1 as advertised because they considered it a closed shirt not one that opens with buttons, i paid them and picked up my shirt 3 days later and it was wrinkled and not ironed properly, and when i showed them that it was not properly ironed the woman incharge just said ‘its not my problem, i don’t iron the clothes myself I just send the laundry to Frankfurt and they send them back’ They are overpriced, have poor customer service and dont even do the job you paid for properly! You are definitely better off ironing your shirts at home!

You also have to be able to afford cheap. Every third shirt comes back completely broken. What then should not be replaced, but only offset with cleaning vouchers. However, since it is estimated that various other shirts will be damaged again, the calculation will probably not work out. The service is also not good. Few of the employees really make an effort.
