On Easter Sunday, someone was immediately available and an employee came to the emergency service. What I experienced then was customer service at its best. Although the problem was extremely persistent and I did not even believe in a solution, the employee remained motivated and friendly ... and lo and behold ... suddenly the channel was free. AREI channel thank you for not giving up and saving my sunday! Congratulations.
