Extremely unreliable and downright chaotic. Appointment management seems a foreign word. Agreed appointments are not adhered to, instead, the mechanics are at non-agreed times in front of the door and want to act as if nothing had been. Poor telephone accessibility: Calls are only to the mailbox, there is no office that could be reached. Sometimes it is called back - or not. The coordination between the technicians and other companies is poor, which is why the work is slow and takes much longer than necessary.
