This company is a total mess, since two months we have problems with the brand new boiler they installed in our apartment. The problem is also that they installed something thats not made for apartments but for small workshops or basements. You can't take normal shower because you have only less than two minutes of warm water. On their second visit this Monday the technician told me that its totally okay for Students and he has no time, out tho he spend less that 5 minutes in the apartment. Im not a student and even if i was that doesn't mean that i should take cold showers! German efficiency is a mirage :-(

We still have an old boiler (heating) and here is easily repaired and maintained at reasonable prices. Even if the manufacturer can not deliver, the company Wagner is still trying to replace while the competition already advertises with new boilers.
Both thumps up. Mr. Wagner Sen. and Mrs. Wagner Jun. Are very thorough and correct. If you can safely go, also take reasonable time. A very exemplary sanitary company with a lot of experience and good employees.
The craftsman was quick and the service fine. Price / performance ratio is unfortunately not correct. In the end, the invoice was twice as high as previously agreed.
I did not get an answer when asked. No goodwill, no accommodating, no customer loyalty. Given the number of alternative installers, I cannot recommend it!
