Although the Carl Herbst GmbH had a maintenance contract for one of our objects and a promise by Mr. Hennig regarding the processing of all points of a Legionellenfundes has been, you had to contact Mr. Hennig constantly and point out the urgency. At some point you could no longer reach Mr. Hennig and also e-mails to the company's e-mail address remain unanswered despite deadlines set. We feel abandoned by the expert of the on-site heating system. In a situation like this, this clearly shows: This company is absolutely intolerable for use by real estate management. It only costs time and hassle and in the end you have to hire an external company, that the WEG costs more money, since it first has to familiarize itself with the local conditions.
