So I`m waiting for a small repair since the last week of november, yes.
It kinda sucks. First appoitment on 5th december, day before a lady from the firma calls and tells me that some workers are sick and the appointment will be rescheduled to the 23rd... today at 7:40 the same lady with the same strange intonation again calls me and reschedules it to the 20th of january. reason? something with the workers again..
I´m clueless, i reacted calmly both times, said its ok then, I´ll be waiting for the next one. If the repair is too small and insignificant why accept it in the first place? Should I throw a fit and scream at the employees? Whats wrong? Why cant i get some normal service?

Due to the close proximity, we often work with the team from Wimmer Service GmbH. The arrangements work very well and the cooperation is always fine. Of course, in our combination we have a different perspective than the end customer. After the experiences I made together, I can unreservedly recommend Wimmer. We have already mastered some water damage together.
