I phoned in the hope of getting help immediately about a broken pipe. Unfortunately, you are currently not able to help immediately :-( Nevertheless, I was offered that you could have taken care of the problem after 4 working days and was still very friendly and you had the feeling that you would have wanted to help (if enough Staff would have been available). Basically I couldn't get help promptly, but at least as a potential customer you had the feeling that you could get help here. Of course, I couldn't judge whether the company can do a good, clean job. I can't make any statements about the price-performance ratio either. I will try again to get help if necessary and in spite of the cancellation!

Very nice and competent staff. Fast and reliable. In the future, I will have everything about heating, plumbing and ventilation done by Both.
