First a postcard in the mailbox, that you could not reach us, without prior agreement or registration ("concerns hot water" is not meaningful.). Called for clarification there .It was agreed that the company calls back and clarifies what it was I have been waiting for this call for three days and no one can call you by phone.
simply great, we had a problem where the employees were really too frequent. We were immediately offered the cheapest alternative. Here we didn't have the feeling that money is being earned, but that the customer is king. Just great ... THANK YOU again !!!
