Please beware of these guys. I used their services a couple of times and eventually found that my heating settings were altered and I was not able to control the temperature the way it was working originally. They even forced me to change a component for a price. Especially if you are unable to read the German user guide, beware of these guys. They are a rip off
Very competent, friendly and reliable. The FA Prinz are the only heating installers in Bonn who have sustainably repaired our Vaillant oil heating. And we almost all had them in the house!
Friendly contact, prompt service, good quality of the work carried out (so far gas, water, electrical); in emergencies (heating failure in winter) very quickly and also outside of working hours e.g. via Whatsapp. Correct billing, material costs reasonable.

I had to deal with the electrical department that had to replace the exhaust air system in my bathroom and would like to give the highest praise - very punctual, very nice and competent employee who was able to repair the damage quickly and also clean up and clean after work. I never expected it. Really great service, great recommendation!
