Wanted to have an appointment today with Dr Prof Strieth, the first question from the secretary Ms. Irmgard Flerus was how I am insured thought 2 classes of medicine is actually forbidden, terrible something 🤯👎👎

Today I had a surprisingly short waiting time in the eye clinic for registration and the corona smear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The discussion about anesthesia in the neighboring building was also very conscientious and competent.

Waited for 3 hours with toddler, only to take a few pieces of paper for signature. The doctor also shook her head. I had really told everyone "they have to wait anyway". Waiting area without toys or similar Not even a water dispenser, very poorly ventilated! But also bad for every adult there. What is an appointment for? The next time I go to the ENT and have surgery there, I can only recommend it to everyone. It went without waiting for hours, deadlines are met and you are looked after friendly.

Today I have no luck finding a parking space even though I pulled a parking ticket. Despite no parking space, a parking fee of € 7.50 was charged. It really annoyed me.
