Totally rude and out of print Sparkasse employee. Everyone has a mouthguard duty. But if he draws customers' attention to it, then he should definitely not use the wrong tone and sniff at people. In the end, he couldn't do anything with criticism and thinks he still has to justify himself or want to throw out customers who have criticized them. Mess. For me, this is a reason not to enter this branch.

You have to make an appointment for everything in this branch. As a customer, I don't want a full consultation every time, only if I want to change a little thing, which takes less than 5 minutes. Very annoying. Was then sent away. Then I went to another savings bank. There was no problem.
