Although there are really a lot of employees walking around, many allow themselves to be spared the work of answering questions about the customer and are aware of this. The machines unfortunately go through malfunctions and do not accept any deposits, so I always have to try my luck in other branches. The amounts you pay monthly for account management are also not overpriced compared to competitors in some things. The only thing that is good about Sparkasse is that they are everywhere.

Unfortunately, the coin counter is very often defective, by posting man is then pointed to other coin counter out but then partly are also defective. And from one branch to another call to inquire about the state of the equipment is not possible 😔
