Headline: distances itself from its own investment fund and kicks small and medium-sized companies out and walks over dead bodies without asking why. (Don't even want to hear the answers) There is a lot to write here. Let's start with. 1 at. The Sparkasse advertises that money can be invested (allegedly more or less lucrative) while the Sparkasse distances itself from this investment system and does not invest in it at all. A little food for thought to everyone who thinks they can invest money there and still lucrative. I invested € 25,000 myself with Deka-Fonds. One day later I received a message that only € 22,000 was available. In my opinion, one could certainly have waited two more days with the system. After all, it's not their money, it's my money. That's why they don't invest anything, it seems to me that only amateurs are working there. 2. The company kills small companies from the system that is actually doing well and robs them of their very existence. (Should the Sparkasse sue me, I have kept all the documents, as evidence) I am accused of things that do not correspond to the facts, I should make special payments (sometimes € 620, sometimes € 1100 × € 286 × € 4000, sometimes € 2300 × 800 €) I paid a total of € 24,000 within 4 weeks but I don't get a list of where the money went, instead all accounts are canceled. A list still does not follow. (Werfer already works the Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal) I'm definitely there now. At the top of the list is the head of the legal department. We'll call him Mr P ... A lot of false information came from him, from his employee (and apparently girlfriend, (in my opinion) with whom he kept taking breaks (maybe we should tell his wife that too). Laughs ...) and someone else Branch was bought. (Maybe he can't think outside the box because he only has a secondary school leaving certificate. Of course I can't judge this, I can only question it.) To give the Sparkasse company so much profit so that it is healthy again. The institute lived at my expense (mortgage rate) for 30 years at an average interest rate of 5.6%. And now get me out there and make loans at less than 1% interest. Summary: small and medium-sized companies have no place at this institute (statement by the legal department) The Sparkasse does not even invest in its own touted investment force as these are far too speculative. Everyone should see a light. I had talks with Commerzbank and they are much friendlier, more liberal and more decisive than Sparkasse Wuppertal. They are also looking for small and medium-sized companies. That's why I moved my account there. After losing my real estate to Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal, I'm fine again. The Stadtsparkasse cost me 30 years of my existence as well as my old-age insurance, so I will never work with this company again and can only advise everyone against it (this is my experience report, I can enter it here and share it, it is my right) On this portal you should rate the company or post experience reports. My experience report is that Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal only wants people who have a secure income as an employee and who kick people out just as quickly as they got them in to be profit-oriented and profitable. P. S. I have written to the management of the Stadtsparkasse Wuppertal and am called by the same amateurish clerk (head of the legal department) and said that writing to management does not help. He would get the mail anyway.

The Sparkasse Wuppertal Elberfeld, for me, is one of the most expensive savings banks in Germany. Unfortunately, my former advisor Andreas D. wasn't a good advisor either. Bottom line, it was all about making a profit. The customer benefit is far behind. Monthly account fees of over € 11 are outrageous.

In my opinion, Sparkasse is the worst bank there is.

CAUTION THE OLD LADY WITH THE GLASSES AT THE RECEPTION IS VERY RACISTIC, THEY DO NOT HAVE A PLAN WHAT TO DO THERE, I FEEL SHEATHY TREATED BY HER AND AT MY SAFE I CAN'T: I WILL CANCEL EVERYTHING FROM THE SPARKASSE SAY EVERYWHERE, EVEN IN SOCIAL NETWORK.

From me, the Sparkasse gets a minus star, because as a patrol in Elberfeld on the way, I wanted to quickly get a € 20 slip in small change for machines changed. This request was denied me because I have no account with the savings bank. Kundenfreundlich😡
