Before my first EMS training, I was rather skeptical whether EMS training was for me at all.
The trainer responded to my questions on a very individual basis and was able to dispel my concerns at the first meeting.
The training introduction and instructions are very professional and understandable, the trainer knows how to respond to me and motivate me with great commitment.

Nicely furnished studio. Top trainer very good advice. You can tell that the owner himself is an athlete and is deeply involved in the subject. Advice very professional with detailed advice and anamnesis. It's fun and, in fact, very demanding. I would never have suspected it would. Suitable for everyone and therefore recommended.
The training is short and very effective.
Perfect for people who don't want to spend hours in the gym.
Mega training! I've been there for 4 weeks now and my back is much better. Peter is a very experienced trainer and tells me exactly how to do what. Thumbs up!
