In K3 with Thorsten you can train super good self-defense and martial arts. Super trainer team. The members are all nice. Training together is great. On Tuesday, Pascal started my first Krav Maga Personnel training session with me. It was great, sophisticated and individually designed. Super great. Greetings Matthias

I've been training here for nearly 3 years now while I have not entered other stores (ycf) after the trial session! The trainers are competent and pay attention to clean fundamentals, permanent further education of the trainers is given and also for trainers possible. Constructive questions, comments or objections are taken seriously and answered. Price performance as mentioned in other reviews is top! A relatively small contribution to the opportunity to train all week + small gym with sauna. I like to continue (about 30 km). Thanks Thorsten and team. Greetings Tino
