I did my training here at the academy. I really enjoyed the training. I am now super prepared and can start with my self-employment in the best possible way. If you are looking for sound and practical training, you will find it here. Health orientation is always in the foreground here!
I take part in the yoga teacher training here and am trained in the concept of Tripada Yoga. I chose Tripada because this yoga positions itself in health promotion and refrains from any esotericism. Children's yoga and yoga during pregnancy are also integrated into the training. These two concepts are also noticeably well thought out and the seminars on the concepts are well structured. You get a lot of input and material so that you can work successfully with children and pregnant women after the training. Training is fun and effective!
