As a long-standing customer, I have now decided to move my laundry elsewhere. I left 100-120 EUR a month here. Partly It took up to 2 weeks until the shirts were finished, and on the other hand covers came off. Laundry had an unpleasant smell after collection, as if it had not been dried properly. Jackets were sometimes not properly cleaned. I don't know how to pick up your laundry here during working hours. The company does not offer a pick-up service. Added to this are the changed opening times from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. When I compared, I found that the competition is 20% cheaper. The employees were always extremely friendly and apologized for the process, but the boss has not invested anything in the shop. Elsewhere it is cheaper and faster with better opening times - Adios! I'm gone

There are problems with heavily soiled parts, the "chemical clubs" of earlier times are no longer used. Collars are not always ironed optimally, the zippers are murderous. Acceptance and collection works quickly, you can usually collect it after 4 days. I miss the comparison, so no information on the price / performance ratio.

Price performance ratio is very satisfactory. Things are usually finished on time even faster Very satisfied with shirt & jacket cleaning so far

Definitely not recommended. The actual order of cleaning several pieces of clothing took almost 2 weeks. In this case, not so tragic. Much worse is that in a two-piece high-quality evening dress a part was missing. Strangely not to find another 3 weeks. There were no concrete statements after several discussions. Only a louder and urgent voicemail on the manager's mailbox let the part suddenly reappear. But there are still spots on it. Ae what? I could pick it up in another 4 days. Have it here now. Looks clean but the circumstances do not work.

Definitely not recommended, in my winter jacket I have brought to clean and impregnate there, the coat was the I asked specifically to clean this was NOTHING tuned and in the outer jacket pocket crumbs were what I think after a 2 weeks cleaning time should not be
