When you see Mr. Pass in conversation and in his advisory role, you can only be pleased. I can judge that because I also sold carpet washes / dry cleaners once. It is a pleasure to experience that there is still so much class and skill paired with realism and decency in this day and age.

After we agreed on the price and collection date for my carpet I freed the carpet from the furniture standing on it and made it ready to pick up. Unfortunately, this action was in vain because the date was not met. I also did not receive a telephone cancellation. Such a behavior, I think in any case very unprofessional !!!!

I called and asked what Orient carpet cleaning costs - very rude when asked; He says; I should rather buy new carpets! Since cleaning costs almost 300 euros, you can get new carpets! Hello …? Too bad, really wanted to have it done, but he had done so that his phone had a fault and pressed the keypad twice and hung up the phone, unbelievable 👎

After the recent storm we had the whole basement full of water and I assumed our carpets were completely gone. I called Mare Carpet Cleaning, they quickly took care of my request and the carpets actually look like new again. I'm very satisfied!
