Dear operator of the car wash: after a 40 minute drive, we found the system closed. It's a shame that you didn't mention this restriction on the internet. Especially in the winter months when the dogs get dirty, why is the facility shut down "because of the cold"? The temperatures are not particularly low. On the contrary: we still have a mild winter! Other systems remain open! It is not enough to hang a note on the system! We could have saved ourselves the trip and now our dog remains unwashed. Only 1 star, that's why !!

Great part 🤩 were there for the first time to wash our pug. It is really great that you no longer have to bend over a tub that is too low, but can do everything comfortably upright! I can only recommend
