1 star is still too much. Appointments were not kept. Staff very rude. Employees even became abusive to clients.

Despite a large order (over € 25,000), parts over 10 years old were installed that had not been checked and, as a customer, were not offered an answer or a callback when I called. Services that were paid for were not completed. Overall, the water ran out of the wall of a renovated apartment, the defective points as well as the missing points have not been done to this day. I cannot recommend this company.
