Before approx. 4 weeks fixed appointment for heating maintenance. On demand I was told that there was no appointment. No apology - very unfriendly behavior. On my question and others, whether one no longer wants to work with me, the GF explained to me that I should better look for another company - and bye. Launched. Incidentally, the heating engineer has done a very good job in recent years. For him, the only star is thought.

Bergmann has been looking after my real estate for years. In the meantime we have i.a. several bathrooms renovated and heating repaired or renewed. The cooperation has always worked extremely well. Keep it up !!!
