Very unfriendly advice on the phone. If a file you provide is not open, then the justification "yes we can not do anything" is more than out of place.

I would like to write more, but you simply don't get the honor at the University of Wuppertal. The availability on the phone is really cruel. Allegedly reachable from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., puff cake. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for days, but nobody answers and then a male voice comes "ALL OUR EMPLOYEES ARE IN CONVERSATION OR NOT AVAILABLE". The question is whether an employee is sitting on a phone at all ... Extremely poor service!
