Telephone lines always busy. The branch in Paderborn has closed and you are consoled to drive 80km to do something in a branch. I'm about to change the bank!

Spardabank also saves on customer friendliness and service. A customer advisor can never be reached, I am often on hold for more than 30 minutes but no one answers the line. The worst service I have ever experienced. Very disappointing.
