Catastrophe. The on-site employee has no idea about his products and should be trained before he is allowed to contact the customer. If I worked like that, I could pack my things the next day. The complaint is ongoing, the attendant was nice and helpful.

I've been a customer of the bank for 5 years. My advisor is Mr. Venten. In that time he has developed from someone who is constantly in minus to someone who is seriously considering buying a house. After the renovation, the branch is really nice. Recommend the bank and especially my advisor to everyone. Hope he stays in Paderborn for a long time.

Simply great! Great advice and nice staff ... everything was totally uncomplicated. I can only recommend it and a big thank you to Mr. Venten. You just notice how important customer satisfaction is to him.

My branch was COMPLETELY closed for almost 3 weeks, that's really absurd! Other branches are too far away, no possibility of anything if you are not a fan of online banking .. that is not customer-friendly at all. Think will change!
