I've been training for almost 4 months now and I'm completely satisfied. Relaxed and familiar atmosphere in which you are quickly integrated thanks to the many nice members.
Super training and something for everyone who has an interest in martial arts. Detlef is a super nice and open guy with whom you can talk about everything but also push enough in training so that you get everything out of yourself!

I have been a member of the Budo-Sport-Club Paderborn for many years now. For me, the training and the large number of members is something very special. There are also several sports to try.
Conclusion: A sporty address in Paderborn.
Was there for many years before and now I've started again. Great fitness room, great trainer, and you get along well with absolutely everyone. No proll or people who are out to fight like you know from other martial arts schools.
As a newcomer to martial arts you are in good hands here. There are training opportunities every day, a separate strength area and, on top of that, a great atmosphere. In addition to boxing and kickboxing, archery and chanbara (sword fighting) are also offered.
Everyone who cannot motivate themselves is in good hands here. Detlef always manages to demand a little more from you than you thought you could, without neglecting the fun. All in all, highly recommended, ultimately because all members create a very family atmosphere.
