I joined there a few years ago, had a training plan created by the staff in the beginning, when months passed by I forgot the technique of doing the exercises and had to make a new appointment for a new training plan and they were ready to give a new appointment. This happened again and again and they were really nice to schedule a new appointment whenever asked. The staff is very kind and professional. When they show you an exercise they teach you the technique properly so that the exercises help you build the muscles. Learned 'technique before ego' from them. Also attended two courses(eg. Body Pump) which they provide, is also very good for the complete body work out.

It is fully equipped with updated tools. The only drawback is that you have to sign for one year
