Here you are very well looked after and the training is individually tailored to you. There is always a contact person who can answer all your questions. As a result of my office job (sedentary job), I had major back problems, including a herniated disc. Regular training (2 × 1 hour each week) has significantly reduced my symptoms!
There is a family relationship there and I feel very comfortable there! The fellow athletes are mixed, from young to old everything is represented and very harmonious! I always go home with a very good feeling! So absolutely recommendable!
"The intersection between fitness studio and physiotherapy practice" - that is probably the best way to describe it. I am absolutely glad that after years of searching I finally ended up with Jörg and Elke in the starting point health! A feel-good atmosphere, a super friendly atmosphere with the other trainees, one-to-one support, super flexible training planning ... there are so many good things to write about! My work-related back problems have really gotten drastically better after only 3 months - I'm sure it will soon be under control. If you want to train something "stylish" and do something good for yourself, your body and your soul, Jörg is spot on!
