I am a new participant in Yoga & Fitness, but I immediately felt very comfortable. The welcome was very warm and the rooms are very nicely decorated, they radiate warmth immediately. I have already completed my first yoga classes and I am still happy that I have registered.

Very varied program, everyone is sure to find something here. The course offer offers the perfect combination to keep fit, but also to come down at the same time. This is supported by the friendly staff! 🤗🧘🏻♀️

Do a trial session all day long, then you can still feel the effects three days later. It's great to be with you all the way. It is almost indescribable and the program is very diverse, but still routine and very structured, so that it is always somehow new, because there are always other people. Since I have been there since October 2019, I have been doing very well and it is much easier to "get up for the sport". It smells very good there and the rooms are beautifully aesthetic, clean and comfortable. In socks or barefoot, you almost feel at home ;-) and everywhere there are nice little or big details and you only need your sports clothes and a yoga mat or a towel. There is plenty of water there. Simply wonderful and you will work up a sweat too! :-) I'm happy that I found Yoga & Fitness.
